the fine print, kept light
Privacy Policy
Last reviewed: this season.
This note covers what the club does with the details you hand over when you book a seat or send us a question. We keep it short because we keep very little. You give us what a booking needs and nothing more, and we treat it the way we'd want ours treated.
What we collect
When you fill in the booking form, you share a name, an email, a date and your choice of pod and session. That's the whole list. We ask for an email so we can confirm the seat and reach you if the floor plan shifts — not to build a profile of anyone.
Why we hold it
We use those details to hold your station, confirm the reservation, and sort out anything that comes up around your visit. We don't sell them, rent them, or pass them to advertisers. Bookings are kept only as long as they're useful for running the club, then cleared out.
Who sees it
The front desk sees your booking so they can seat you. Nobody outside the club gets your details unless the law genuinely requires it. We don't run third-party trackers or advertising pixels on this site, so no outside company is quietly watching your visit.
Cookies
This site uses cookies sparingly. The only one that matters is a small entry we save in your browser to remember whether you accepted cookies or chose essential only — that's what stops the banner from reappearing on every visit. Essential storage keeps the page working; it isn't shared and doesn't follow you elsewhere.
You can clear these any time through your browser settings. Doing so simply brings the consent banner back on your next visit. There are no advertising or cross-site cookies to opt out of, because we don't set any.
Your say
Want to know what we hold on a booking, or want it deleted? Ask at the front desk or reply to a confirmation email and we'll sort it. This is a small club — a request like that reaches a real person, not a queue.
